The gate spec asserts line and rule per violation instead of counts; the
open-in-app fake carriers match the relative route exactly so a re-absolutized
route cannot pass; the root and mount cases of the markdown file route share
one table; a fixture echo of its own icon URL is dropped.
Any request outside the mount is an escape, not only same-origin ones; the
socket presence check is superseded by the frame polls; the redirect landing
is asserted by pathname. The scaffold's unused mount host option, hostFetch
mount routing, and the proxy's bare-mount redirect had no caller.
