Yichen Jiang 2377b272a4 feat(web-search): stop shipping the DeepSeek web search settings page ...

The provider's endpoint must serve DeepSeek's native web_search_20250305
search, so the shipped Web app no longer mounts ui-settings-web-search; the
web-search-deepseek section is configured only in cordis.patch.yml. The key
the page wrote is the same DEEPSEEK_API_KEY the Models page stores, so a
session on any route can still search once that key exists.

- web-app bundle: drop the page row; keep the package dependency so a
  deployment's Web profile patch can mount the page again. The package is
  registered as an optional product package.
- web-search-deepseek: endpoint failures no longer send the user to a
  settings page; they name DEEPSEEK_SEARCH_BASE_URL and
  web-search-deepseek.baseURL. The endpoint guidance snapshot is refreshed.
- Web e2e: the official group lists three pages, and a new case mounts the
  page through a patch overlay and checks its endpoint requirement hint.
