mektpoy b191c5c865 revert(session-controller): restore the package to master ...

P1 keeps only the client/host extension seams; the requestId deduplication,
the cancel recheck, and the named fork child are deferred to a later change.
The package, its README pair, and the persistence schema lines return to the
master state, so the branch adds no session-controller behaviour.
