Use this package
In Web or Desktop, open Plugins and enable Session search in Official. Switch it off to remove its profile layer.
New Agents and subsequently reopened Sessions use the selected composition; live Agents retain their existing plugins. The minimal preset and host-level tool catalog remain unchanged.
This bundle enables Agent search tools. Sidebar search keeps its existing behavior.

Implementation details — click to expand
cordis.patch.yml contributes rows through preset: preset-standard, preset: preset-cordis, and preset: preset-ptc. Later profile patches can override their settings. The profile composer owns patch ordering and errors.
Each preset revision owns an isolated sessionQuery provider with a lazy :memory: index. A retired revision releases its index when its last Agent closes. The host's metadata service keeps openAt: never.
Further Exploration
Model Experience
Indirectly, through the capability implementation, which owns model context and results.
KV Cache effect
The layer adds no request content directly; the capability implementation owns cache effects from tools, prompts, and results.
Known Limitations and Deferred Work
- Each active or retained preset revision keeps its own in-memory index after the first search. Indexes are rebuilt after restarting the application. Search remains restricted to authorized workspaces.
