fz 839bd5131d refactor(tools): compose PTC instructions without prose replacement 
Pass execution-specific phrases directly to the run_code flavor factory and render SDK instructions from explicit program-format branches. Keep all emitted text byte-identical while removing coupling to exact shared prose. Validate the owning tests with full scoped coverage, focused session/SDK replays, and a complete build.

fz c34a107428 test(sdk): apply cache E2E retry settings and expose provider failures 
Set the required normal retry mode so the Loader accepts the full provider patch, and type-check the policy before JSON serialization. Assert the effective request settings and successful warm-up turns, report failed attempt causes immediately, and inherit suite retries for transient external API failures.

fz 5992977f2e fix(pkg): make SEA native addon extraction atomic 
@yao-pkg/pkg's SEA bootstrap extracts native addons from the VFS into a
per-user cache ($PKG_NATIVE_CACHE_PATH/pkg/<sha256>/) with plain
writeFileSync, so concurrent first starts of the same executable truncate
files another process has already mapped: SIGBUS on Linux, "Library not
loaded" for sharp's libvips on macOS. Extend the existing pnpm patch so the
three write sites go through a same-directory temporary file and
renameSync; a cache path is then either absent or complete, every process
finishes its own copy pass before it loads, and identical content makes
concurrent renames harmless without a lock. Cache location, hash keying,
and per-file comparison are unchanged. The single-exe Agent Note records
the decision and the measured before/after runs.

fz 6e49ccad18 feat(skill): extract the workspace-dependencies tool into a package 
Move `load_workspace_dependencies` and the primary-runtime payload logic out
of `apps/desktop-host` into `@deepseek-ai/dsh-tool-workspace-dependencies`
so profiles other than Desktop can mount the same tool. Desktop keeps its
behavior through the package.

Two additions for carriers that are not Electron applications:

- `root` is optional: without it the payload is validated and used in place
  (no copy under the Harness home), which suits read-only container layers.
- `runtime.json` accepts `linux`, and the `node` / `pnpm` components are
  optional; the returned paths and the tool output omit what the payload
  does not ship.

The `sdk` profile mounts the tool and `@deepseek-ai/dsh-skill-office` when
`DSH_PRIMARY_RUNTIME` names a payload directory (its sibling `office-skills/`
carries the skill resources); both rows stay disabled otherwise. Both
packages join the Python runtime closure.

fz 1f1537914f feat(minimal): align persistent bash output with the one-shot shell contract 
The minimal compositions serve the same models that trained against a
one-shot `bash` tool; three surface differences remained visible to them.

- Every settled command now appends `[Command finished with exit code N]`,
  including exit code 0, instead of `[exit code: N]` only on failure. A
  timeout appends `[Command timed out or OOM]` after the partial output.
- Trailing newlines are all dropped before the status trailer rather than
  only the last one.
- The `bash` description in the `minimal` preset and the `sdk-minimal`
  bundle replaces the two fixed network lines with a single environment-
  dependent line; the pwsh description is unchanged.

Tests, READMEs, the web minimal-preset schema snapshot, and the packaged
Python minimal model-visible snapshot follow the new wording. The
standalone `persistent-tools` SDK replay fixture keeps its own copy of the
old description since it is a per-launch customization, not the profile.
