Personalized pages registers the create_personalized_page card kind with
its create, keep, undo, cancel and restore handlers and drops its own
projection, Remote and status notice. The skill now ends with a
propose_action call. The Client package contributes only the page card
body. The persistence record moves from the page status source to the
shared action-cards source and decision record.
Update the capability decision rule, both READMEs, the EventMap JSDoc and generated catalogs. Add the bug-fix Agent Note that records the incident evidence, the decision, rejected alternatives and consequences, and cross-link it from the in-history decision note.
A step's tool set no longer empties when the step is cancelled. The shared
pipeline already settles unstarted calls as cancelled; keeping admission lets
those calls keep their finalizers, and a wrapper result completed at
cancellation now reports cancellation instead of UNKNOWN_TOOL.
exit_plan_mode checks for a missing Agent explicitly instead of asserting it.
Document the activation types on the tools subsystem page, the turn/end code
for a failed tool condition, the replacement and no-set consequences in the
upgrade guide, and the admission rule in the parallel tool-call note.
Follow the tool executor refactor: the tool/ptc-dispatch event type now comes
from dsh-tool-executor-ptc, and the tests invoke tools through dsh-tool-testkit.
Regenerate the doc graphs, tool catalog and persistence schema after the merge
and re-record their translation pairing.
Disclose the exit tool progressively instead of following every plan-mode
transition. The plan projection records whether a logged plan/mode ever
activated plan mode (stateVersion 4), and the tool's condition admits it
for a step whose selected state is active or once the Session has entered
plan mode. Leaving plan mode now changes only the guidance section, so an
addition-only route no longer drops a declaration from its cached prefix.
A call while plan mode is not committed still fails as unavailable outside
plan mode, and a Session that never entered plan mode does not list the
tool. The Web plan-review fixtures return to master's recording because the
request tool lists no longer change on exit.
ctx.tools.register(definition, { when }) adds a synchronous or asynchronous
condition. AgentLoop resolves conditions once per proposed step with the
agent, the model selection that step preparation captured, and the turn
signal, before prompt assembly and agent/pre-step. The resulting
ResolvedToolSet governs tool declarations, Native dispatch, PTC bindings,
and nested calls for that step and its retries, and the turn disposes it
when the proposal is rejected or fails, when no step opens, and after the
step. A false condition removes the tool everywhere; a thrown condition
ends the turn with TOOL_ACTIVATION_FAILED. Calls whose registration was
replaced or removed during the step return UNKNOWN_TOOL.
system-prompt/assemble now transforms PromptPresentation without a tool
array, so tool declarations stay provider-owned. exit_plan_mode is declared
only for steps whose selected plan state is active, the same state that
renders plan guidance; it still rejects a call before the selection is
logged.
Model selection stays as master defines it; this change adds no model
selection event or Agent field.
An ordinary Session's composer now uploads each image draft through the
background upload queue as soon as it is added. The raw upload route stages
the body as a prompt image when the request names its media type: the Host
reads at most the per-image byte limit, then validates, normalizes, and
stores the image as prompt admission would. The prompt cites the receipt in
a file part; prompt admission resolves it to the stored image, applies the
image-input check, and counts stored images toward maxImagesPerMessage.
Send waits for every image receipt, and a failed image upload turns its
thumbnail into a retry control. Commands and subagent continuations keep
encoding images inline.
Store one node table keyed by the 16-hex digest prefix of each node's
canonical subgraph instead of per-root graphs with numeric indices, so a
type change rewrites only the changed nodes and their ancestors.
Refs #6597
`imageLimits` is a boot constant every Session shares: the unit stores no
per-Session state (`stateSchema: z.null()`, `apply: state => state`) and its
view returns `ctx.attachments.imageLimits`. A list row therefore repeated one
host-wide capability fact on every row. It now carries the summary mark like
the three log-derived units, so a summary read skips it while an opened Session
still receives it through `session/follow`, the control baseline, and
`session.projections`.
No other logic changes: the registration, its schema, its constant view, and
the host-side prompt validation keep reading `ctx.attachments` directly.
`docs/persistence-schema.json` records the declaring source location of every
persisted type. Adding the summary-exclusion import and map-entry JSDoc to
`packages/todo/tool-todo/src/types.ts` moved two declarations down by two
lines, so the generated catalog is regenerated. No persisted type, field, or
history record changes: `verify-persistence-changes` reports 65 roots matching
16 history records, and the release/format catalogs are unchanged.
