The ACP plugin-config case drove a real dispose with 150ms graces. On the hosted
image the SIGKILL escalation landed while the managed scope could not take the
signal — systemctl failed the kill ("Failed to send signal SIGKILL to auxiliary
processes: Invalid argument") — so the run reported a teardown failure the
configuration never asked for. The case asserts that config graces reach the
real run, so the values only need to clear the host's scope handling. Its mock
refuses stdin EOF and SIGTERM by design, so the case waits out both graces and
carries its own budget for that fixed cost.
Both illegal-UTF-8 residual cases relied on a plain sched_yield leaving each
write as its own read chunk. A starved reader coalesces hundreds of bytes into
one chunk, which inflates the measured peak for correct accounting too: the
hosted image measured 2563 against the 2048 bound. Pace with a real sleep so
each byte is its own chunk everywhere, and keep each payload above the bound
(3200 bytes; 1100 CESU-8 sequences) so a raw-byte undercount still flushes past
it instead of only at EOF.

The package README and the Agent Note named an extension or error code but
omitted the unrelated-message case the classifier also rejects, and the note
loosened "Node's unknown-`.css`-extension refusal" to any non-`.css` failure.
The built-bundle import sweep pinned the Dockkit exemption to
`packages/client/ui-dockkit/lib/components/dockkit.module.css`, but the built
bundle imports `@deepseek-ai/dsh-client-ui-primitives` before its own
stylesheet, and the tsx launcher resolves that specifier through tsconfig
`paths` into the dependency's `src` tree. The sweep therefore reports
`packages/client/ui-primitives/src/StateDot.module.css`, so the pinned path can
never match where client build output exists; the Windows complete-gate
inventory reports the exempt bundle as an unexpected baseline failure.
Admit Node's unknown-`.css`-extension refusal for any stylesheet and keep every
other failure a finding. The classification controls cover an admitted Dockkit
stylesheet, the dependency's source stylesheet, another extension, an arbitrary
message, another error code, and a stale exemption.

Merge 3ea52fc3e475a3e7c430812bde4209258416e57b into a0a61a8237f61344a01448a97954df603d8fff73. Retain the V2-to-V3 migration dependency alongside native system flock support, removing the replaced fs-ext dependency. Union the lockfile workspace importer entries; frozen installation validates the result without regeneration.
Preserve release publint async lane-signal cancellation, close ownership, and spawn-error regressions, satisfying the incoming CI budget intent. Keep canonical, prompt, preset, and latest migration regression behavior. Rename an arbitrary preset fixture value to custom-agent to avoid the inherited vendor-rescope false positive without changing test semantics.
Validation: frozen install; full build including Darwin addon; focused V3/persistence/prompt/publint and runtime tests; built migration, two-process lease, and loader smokes; native flock and package-matrix tests; touched dependency and CI owner tests; all hygiene leaves (vendor residue repaired and rechecked); doc-sync 34/34.
