The generation note and the app-boot README no longer claim that runtime lookup hides the shared position or recognizes profile projections: generation entries occupy their package names at $DSH_HOME/profiles/node_modules and every other name sees that directory as an ordinary ancestor. Pairing records re-recorded.
Translate the profile lookup-order Agent Note section for section and record its pairing. The desktop-web-wrapper note names the runtime resolution generation instead of module fallbacks and drops the one-time desktop-runtime-state cleanup that no longer exists.
isPackagedExecutable has one caller in its own module; the installation traversal comment names the runtime resolver instead of the removed fallback directory.
Remove cleanProfileCorePackages and migrateDesktopProfileLinks with their specs; applyRelease keeps runtime validation, settings migration, and profile creation. A regression pins that installed packages, declarations, legacy state, and the lockfile survive a launch.
The src/lib x installed/npm-link fixture adds a stale @deepseek-ai/dsh-tools link in profiles/node_modules, a plugin dependency absent from the generation with nested external leaves, and byte-for-byte preservation of profile files and link targets.
The generation stands in for $DSH_HOME/profiles/node_modules/<name> only for names it carries; other names see that directory as an ordinary ancestor. The interception layer is the first ancestor node_modules above the importer's profile directory, so application-owned profiles follow the same rule. Stale .dsh-module-fallback projections are ordinary symlinks: their shape recognition leaves the resolver, the local package names, and the bundle dependency traversal.
The resolver spec gains a table-driven matrix over importer, package kind, ancestor layers, and directory or symlink form, with readable fixture names.
Add the Chinese Agent Note describing profile resolution as Node's ancestor node_modules chain with the generation occupying the package directories at $DSH_HOME/profiles/node_modules, the ESM/CommonJS, web/desktop, and npm-link scenarios, and the developer onboarding guide.
Hovering a session row again scrolls a clipped title to its far edge
(the #4423 reveal), but overflow of at most 8px stays put so barely
clipped titles do not jitter. The hover mask fade yields back to plain
clipping — at the scrolled extent the fade would cover the revealed
tail. Row action buttons tighten from gap 12 to 10.
Hovering a session row no longer scrolls its clipped title (the mask fade
stays), the one-time archived-filter callout and the content-search
unavailable notice are gone, the group-row new-session button shares the
new-chat glyph, and the view-options trigger uses the two-slider icon with
a 200px menu floor and a visible separator hairline.
Pin sessions to the top of the sidebar and reach archived sessions
through the view-options filter instead of a settings page; archiving
gains an undo/filter toast, and row motion stays reserved for pin jumps
and archive fades.
Ubuntu removed the superseded 0.9.0-1ubuntu0.1 payload from its live
archive pool, so the shared Linux CI preparation step fails with HTTP
404 before tests start. Address Ubuntu's recorded Launchpad build so
future pool pruning does not invalidate the pinned download location.
Select upstream's 0.12.0 security release for CVE-2026-87766 instead of
Ubuntu's isolated 0.9.0 backport, whose regressions and support limits
are documented by upstream in Launchpad bug 2166359. Keep checksum
verification, direct extraction, and the existing namespace probe.
Verify build 33546835 against its published SHA256 and archive SHA512.
Its amd64 ELF requires at most GLIBC_2.38 and x86-64 baseline; its
packaging requires Linux 5.10. Ubuntu 24.04 provides glibc 2.39, Linux
6.8, and the required libcap2/libselinux1 versions. This changes only
the CI helper's pinned payload, not product sandbox configuration.
The slow-backend regressions start real NodeRuntime subprocesses, but
vi.waitFor silently imposed a one-second deadline on normal scheduling and
tool execution. Under concurrent Linux and Windows coverage this rejected
valid runs before the tested spill or dispatch stage was reached.
Resolve promises at the actual save-entry and dispatch-start observations,
and fail immediately if the run completes before those observations. Queue
all three requests up front in the bounded-backlog case so a missing third
start tests backpressure rather than child request timing. Cleanup releases
both queued and future spill gates and awaits execution completion.
Keep the existing outer test deadlines, product limits, result assertions,
and ordering checks. A temporary 1.2-second tool delay reproduces both old
failures and passes with these tests; temporarily removing the actual
backpressure wait still fails the third-dispatch assertion. No experiment
or product-code change is included.
Fixes#4585
master's elevation contract (elevation-styles.client.spec.ts) rejects a
neutral border beside an lv/elevation shadow: the stroke belongs to the
shadow. The registry options keep their l3 hairline through
--dsw-elevation-stroke-color, as Menu does, with border: 0.
