docs(web-search): fit the merged web-search-deepseek summary to its budget

The merge combined master's pointer to the DeepSeek Search and Fetch APIs
with the readiness sentence, which put the Summary at 118 words against the
100-word limit. Keep both facts and drop the restatements.
