fix(client): raise the plugin package name contrast on the detail page

The package name under a plugin's title is the exact spec that installs it, yet
it was the palest alias in the palette: label-caption, 2.13:1 against white,
lighter than the free-text description below it. Use label-secondary, the same
alias the description uses, for 5.80:1.
