imccyu 768473d755 perf(session-reference): resolve label services once per candidate listing ...

Every `@` candidate query labeled each listed Session through three
service lookups, and each lookup and method read through a Cordis service
proxy allocates wrappers, so the labeling step grew with the Session count.
The resolver now resolves sessions, projections, and the projection cache
once per call, indexes attached Sessions in one map, and binds
cachedSnapshot once for cold Sessions.
