Yichen Jiang 5c54c34a82 revert(web-search): restore the settings page endpoint hint ...

The page no longer ships with the Web app, and review noted that the
web_search_20250305 requirement is not text a user should see. The hint
returns to master's wording, so this PR no longer changes the page's copy;
the endpoint requirement stays documented in web-search-deepseek.
