turtle1999 b227127d62 fix(plugin-market): keep the Installed tab panel and list the markets bundle under More ...

The Installed tab panel now wraps its loading, unavailable, and empty states.
Custom plugin markets joins the bundles the More page holds back until the
profile enables them, and the repository field and its directory rule are
documented.
