The page clock failure depended on the real-to-fixture distance modulo
2^32 ms, so a regression run on today's date alone passes against the old
fixture for half of every period. The test now shifts the Host clock across
eight phases of that period; the page.clock fixture fails every phase,
either with stopped page timers or with a Date that does not advance.
