The list splits into Plugin packs and Plugins, each with its count, in place of one Installed group; a library counts among the plugins. Retry and uninstall close a package's page at its bottom-right as outlined buttons, uninstall in red. A row that is off says so in two words: Off when the person switched it off, Off by default when the pack keeps it off; the reason it cannot be switched on stays on the locked switch.
