Tianyi Cui df65ea84ee Merge pinned master 386ed6b6 into session-log-v4 ...

Include the user's merge of #4589 so Linux CI uses the available, verified
Ubuntu bubblewrap 0.12.0 build instead of the pruned 0.9.0 archive URL.
The user explicitly authorized this CI-prerequisite refresh without waiting
for the ordinary hourly master-following interval.

Preserve the reviewed upstream commit and exact one-file patch. The recorded
Launchpad build URL, checksum, extraction and namespace probe match #4589,
whose supported Ubuntu 24.04 preparation and execution checks passed. Bash
syntax and merge whitespace checks pass; no product runtime, Session format
or snapshot generation changes are introduced by this merge.
