Review fixes for the GitHub connection check: the returned packageResult no longer carries the check's command line (it stays a module-local field of the streamed run), and the recorded line drops URL user information while Git still runs the address as typed. A check the deadline stopped records the coerced status 1 in the result because an exit code is a number, while its streamed run reports none; the JSDoc, package README and boot subsystem page now say exactly that.
