Yichen Jiang da80c3d9e6 fix(web): publish awaitingFirstTurn only after the Host accepted the prompt ...

The first-prompt flag is still set before the receipt, so a turn that
starts ahead of it clears the flag, but the Session snapshot reports
awaitingFirstTurn only once the Session left blank, which happens when the
Host accepted the prompt. A snapshot rebuilt while the prompt waits no
longer reports a first turn that nothing accepted yet.
