Start the template's review line as n/a, as the skill requires at PR creation, and prompt for an Issue reference under Motivation. Read the skill's stages only from its Stages and criteria section and reject a stage name that does not pair one English word with a Chinese name. Point the GIF disclosure row at record-browser-gif instead of copying part of its list, merge the calibration notes into one TODO, replace the design skeleton wording, and reduce the root AGENTS.md rule to a pointer.
