Yif 978e39e94e fix(plugin-manager): align plugin-config e2e and README quotes with revised copy ...

The plugin-config e2e pinned the old terminal one-liner and its golden still
carried the three pre-revision summaries; the ui-plugin-manager READMEs still
quoted the renamed install-guide button. Refresh the golden, update the
assertion and both READMEs, and re-record the translation pairing.
