Chinesezjc b416ac99e4 fix(web): hold a compaction summary's code banner below the pinned header ...

A summary's fenced code block pins its banner at the scrollport top, where the
pinned compaction header already sits, so the header covers the banner's Copy
control and a click there collapses the summary. Stop the banner below the
header's band and square the pinned header's corners so its opaque fill masks
the scrolling prose at the edges.
