The declarative-preset refactor replaced the settings section's visible
"让 Agent 帮我创建预设模式" entry with a question-mark icon beside the title
that opened an explanatory modal, and rewrote the section's markup and CSS
along with it.
Restore the section as Ziya's commit 1ed59986f7 had it, minus the copy
(复制预设) and view (查看配置) card actions the refactor removed for good:
the roster keeps its cards, mode help and picker row, the custom group stays
on screen with the Creator entry as its tail, and the question-mark modal is
gone. The creator button stages the cordis preset and starts a task in it,
disabled with the picker's own reason while mode selection is off.
Delete and open-location stay out: the registry exposes only `list` and
`select`, and the roster row no longer carries a trust or a document.
The section spec covers the entry's four paths, and the Web scenario
replaces its help-dialog step with one that drives the entry to a host
session composed from cordis.
