Yif 9c48e74409 test(web): capture sidebar snapshots after the track-easing gate settles ...

The columnTransition probe raced data-animating's transitionend/600ms
settle: checkpoints recorded whichever side of the window the capture
landed on. Waiting for the attribute to drop pins the steady state —
no declared transition (computed 'all') — deterministically.
