imccyu 11bc10f621 test(web): refresh steering snapshots for the running status position ...

The running status now renders after the transcript rows and before the
steering echoes that are still waiting, so the mid-steer accessibility
snapshots list the status ahead of the interjection echo. Refreshed with
DSH_SNAPSHOT=refresh on the steering scenarios; no other golden changed.
