ZiyaZhang 197355bb12 fix(schedule-bundle): name the Plugins row Automation tasks with an alarm clock icon ...

The row now carries the name of the sidebar entry it adds and a
plain-language description, and its icon is an alarm clock drawn in the
Official group's 36px style. The README and the user guide quote the new
title; the README names the sidebar entry instead of a right-sidebar page.
