Turtle 4fc8ac8dda Keep brand clicks bubbling and the copy target's width ...

The copy handler no longer stops propagation; the brand button skips New
Session for clicks inside the local-build fallbacks instead. The copied
label now overlays the 12px title row so the target keeps its width, and
repeated clicks during the feedback are ignored.
