Chinesezjc 1fa5ea3faa test: expect the Host Schedule tools in the legacy preset patch case ...

The shipped Web bundle gives every live root Agent the Host Schedule
tools, and every other scenario in this file that boots the shipped
base/web bundle with the minimal preset expects ['bash',
...SCHEDULE_TOOLS]. This case uses the same bootWeb composition and adds
only a settings patch, which does not change tool composition, so its
['bash'] expectation failed on every PR.
