imccyu 82337a2e71 test(boot): canonicalize temporary roots with the native realpath ...

Windows tmpdir spells the user directory with an 8.3 short name. Generation anchors and Node's own resolution report the long name, so the resolver, generation, and real-launch fixtures now create their roots through realpathSync.native and compute expected paths the same way.
