creatixchu 0f8457a017 feat(workspace-changes): record only git repositories and add the recorded card scenario ...

Drop the shadow repository tier: a working directory outside any git
repository records nothing and the card stays absent, because a configured
exclude list cannot replace a missing .gitignore reliably. Seed a committed
repository in a new keyless Web scenario so the recorded turn exercises the
recorder, and retire the produced-files row from the affected goldens.
