The Python SDK profile keyless smoke, the web keyless CLI smoke, and the
Python runtime dynamic-tools snapshot point DEEPSEEK_BASE_URL at a local
mock. Since the endpoint check, the DeepSeek chat key of such a route is not
sent to the official search endpoint, and search there has no configuration
of its own, so the model request no longer offers web_search. CI reported the
three stale expectations in the e2e, web browser snapshot, and Python
runtime lanes.
