Yichen Jiang 90af3110b7 feat(web): host plugin configuration on the Plugins page
The Plugins page declares three slots as children of its main entry:
`plugins.item` lists an official plugin's page in the Official group,
`plugins.bundle.config` renders a bundle's own form on its page, and
`plugins.row.config` gives a row a configure control opening the row's
page. Every entry renders in the `summary` and `page` views the page
passes as owner props; the page draws the title, icon, and crumb and
projects the ledgers beside its store, naming no configurable plugin.

`ui-settings-plugins` registers its four host-plane pages into
`plugins.item` while the Host serves their namespaces and withdraws them
when it stops; the forms keep edits until a save and drop them on leaving
the page, so the discard control and the unsaved marker are gone. The
Settings section becomes the Built-in plugins shell around the inventory
tab, and `settings.plugin.item` is retired.

The Official group opens with the optional bundles the installation
ships, tagged Beta where the feature is one and without an official tag,
followed by the configuration pages. Auto review leaves the optional
bundles and the CLI's dependencies; the install guide names it as its
example spec. The version tag is a capsule like the other tags.

The `plugin-config` web lane drives the pages through the real wire and
opens a community fixture's row page after switching its bundle on; the
settings lanes re-record the renamed navigation entry.

Yichen Jiang a9fe93fc0b refactor(plugins): name bundles by their package name only
`dsh.title` was a manifest field this branch introduced: the manager read
it for `listBundles` and `inspect`, and the Web page showed it over the
package name. A bundle is named by its package name now, so `DshManifest`
keeps only its shipped fields, the page derives every heading from the
name, and the install dialog's subject line reads the name the Host
answered. The two e2e fixtures drop their titles and the manager lane's
goldens follow.

Yichen Jiang 8059d76ea3 feat(plugins): ship Auto review as an optional bundle
The installation lists @deepseek-ai/dsh-experimental-auto-review beside
the two Agent Teams layers under dsh.optionalBundles, so a blank Web
profile offers it in the built-in group switched off. The bundle gets a
display title and one-liner, and its README says where it is switched on.

Yichen Jiang bc0ecae21f feat(plugins): ship optional bundles switched off and guide the install dialog
The dsh installation lists under `dsh.optionalBundles` the bundles it
ships for a person to switch on. The plugin manager reports them as
`optional`, and the Web plugin page shows them first, in a built-in
group with an official tag, off until selected and never removable.
Agent Teams ships this way, so a blank profile offers both of its
layers. Default-product isolation, the workspace constraints, and the
packed-install check accept that one dependency edge and nothing else
experimental.

A bundle's title and one-liner come from `dsh.title` and the new
`dsh.description`, else from the package name and `description`. A
dependency without a bundle patch is no longer listed unless the
profile selects it. The install dialog asks for a package name or
address; a guide under the field shows the three accepted forms with
an example each and ends in a security warning, and the copy no longer
speaks of a plugin ID.

Yichen Jiang d50f062c64 fix(web): reword the plugin install dialog and name failed actions
Drop the "built-in components it changes" section from a bundle's page:
the rows a patch overrides are a composition detail nobody acts on from
the page. A failed enable, disable, uninstall, or row switch now says
which it was, and the Chinese toasts lose their trailing period. The
install dialog is worded around the plugin ID, which is the package
name, with a hint on what an ID looks like and no real plugin as the
example; the spec forms it names are the ones the Host's inspect takes.

Yif c6b81a75fd fix(web): polish the plugin page, detail page, and rail per design
Ported from fix/plugin-manager-ui-polish (cce193cff3, 4ed0f1c9cb) onto
the page as it stands after the #4182 re-port: a 32px rhythm on the page
and the detail sections; a four-arc pinwheel icon on the cards, the
detail head, and the sidebar entry; the version as a tag beside the
detail title and the crumb leading back only; a red-tinted uninstall pill
with its trash icon and a plus icon on Add plugin; a round refresh action
and caption-toned counts; 12px hover rounding across the rail controls;
and the group copy renamed to Installed. The non-bundle group and its
info tooltip are not carried, since the page lists bundles only.

Yichen Jiang dc9256536b Merge remote-tracking branch 'origin/master' into feat/plugin-mgmt-4-web
Master now carries the final #4182 plugin manager and the live client
module graph of #4189, so the web management layer is re-ported onto
them:

- The manager keeps master's `ManagementError` codes, `ChangeResult`
  stages, `configure()` under `hmr.runExclusive`, `reload()` warnings
and `writePluginEnabled` name matching, and adds back `inspect`,
  request-id installs with `plugin-manager/install-log` and
  `plugin-manager/install-state`, `cancelInstall`, `listBundles` titles,
rows and overrides, `packageResult.kind`, `pnpmCommand` and
`inspectTimeoutMs`, and `plugin-manager/changed` after each change and
each `profile/reconciled`. A failed or cancelled installation restores
the snapshotted manifest and lockfile instead of master's one-shot
  `pnpm remove` cleanup, so `cleanup` and `remainingDependencies` leave
  the result.
- App boot keeps master's reconciliation diagnostics and emits
  `profile/reconciled`; `watchUserPatches` goes with the launcher's
watcher now that HMR owns profile reloads.
- The settings Plugin list tab stays read-only with #4189's page-local
sync failures and retry; master's bundle form and row checkboxes are
dropped again. The sidebar page words the Host's codes through its
dictionary, and a client bundle change follows the live module graph
  without a page reload.
- The web e2e scaffold no longer chooses a reload policy: the base
bundle's `hmr` row turns on with the profile context and application
readiness, and `profile.hmr: false` disables it through an overlay for
  the startup-only scenario.

Yichen Jiang 4d1adb8541 feat(web): manage plugins over the #4182 manager from the sidebar page
The sidebar Plugins page now drives `ctx.pluginManager` from #4182 and the
settings Plugin list tab goes back to read-only: its bundle form and row
checkboxes are removed, and the page joins `listBundles` with
`listPlugins` into one view per bundle, decides availability from the
inventory's `managementAvailable`, switches bundles and rows through
`setBundleEnabled` and `setPluginEnabled`, and confirms uninstalls.

The manager gains what the guided install dialog needs: `inspect(spec)`
reads a spec through the registry or a directory before anything installs
and refuses specs without a bundle; `installBundle` takes a request id,
streams each pnpm run as `plugin-manager/install-log`, reports its phases
as `plugin-manager/install-state`, classifies a failed run into
`packageResult.kind`, names the bundle it added, and restores
`package.json` and `pnpm-lock.yaml` when the run fails, is cancelled, or
adds a package without a bundle patch; `cancelInstall(requestId)` answers
only after pnpm exited and the files are back; `listBundles` carries
titles, one-liners, declared rows with their live entries, and the
built-in rows a bundle overrides; every completed operation and every
patch generation applied outside the manager emits
`plugin-manager/changed`. The config gains `pnpmCommand` and
`inspectTimeoutMs`. App boot emits `profile/reconciled` after each applied
patch generation and finds a root Include mounted under its pinned id by
another copy of the module.

Row diagnostics, dependency checks, and the non-bundle dependency group
are not carried over; the web e2e scaffold mounts a launcher-style
managed profile instead of the removed profile runtime.

Yichen Jiang ac2bed35e2 feat(web): guide plugin installation with a pre-install check and classified failures
The install dialog asks the Host to read a spec before installing it:
`plugins/inspect` sorts the spec (registry name, absolute path, git address,
tarball), asks the registry through `pnpm view` in the profile directory, or
reads a directory's package.json, and refuses what would fail with
`plugins/inspect-rejected` and a problem the dialog words under the field.
A failed pnpm run carries a `kind` classified from how it ended and what pnpm
printed, shown as one line with the output folded behind the details.
Enabling happens after the fact from the installed screen, which scrolls the
list to the first new bundle. Refusals of the moment and the confirmed
cancellation are toasts; the run is stopped through the manager's
`cancelInstall` and the dialog offers the spec again once the Host confirms.
The non-pack dependency group folds by default under its own name.

The host config gains `inspectTimeoutMs`; the CLI passes it explicitly.

Yichen Jiang 0aeebb017e feat(web): move plugin management to the sidebar's Plugins panel
Master's left sidebar grew global main panels, so the manager leaves the
Settings dialog: `ui-settings-plugin-manager` registers a `sidebar.panellist`
entry and the `main` panel it opens under one id, `plugins`, and the former
tab becomes `PluginManagerPage` with its own heading, intro, refresh, and
Add plugin, scrolling inside the main column. Plugin configuration stays in
the Settings Plugins section, which `ui-settings-plugins` now renders
without a tab strip when it holds one contribution.

Web e2e reaches the manager through the sidebar; the plugin-config,
plugin-manager, settings-chrome, and lifecycle-chrome scenarios and goldens
follow. The decision and why configuration does not move are in the new
Agent Note, cross-linked from the two notes it revises.

Yichen Jiang 483e6b4920 feat(web): give every plugin package its own page
A card keeps the summary — name, one-liner, tags, its switch or Add to… —
and opens the package's page behind a crumb, as a preset card opens its
detail page: the version and source; a pack's rows as a list, every row on
one line with its state, its failure when one is recorded, and its switch
where the pack is switchable, with a filter past ten rows; the built-in
rows the pack changes; the modules the package declares addable, each
saying where it is composed, with an Add to… of its own; and retry and
uninstall. The expanded card and its component chips are gone with it.

Yichen Jiang f4f734964a feat(web): switch a plugin pack's components one by one
Each component chip of an external pack composed on a live-reload profile
carries a Switch that calls plugins.setRowDisabled against the profile's
global user layer: off writes `disabled: true` for the row id, on deletes
the key, and the tree recomposes at once while the rest of the pack keeps
running. A component the pack itself keeps off is locked with the reason,
since the user layer only denies; a failing component can be switched off;
a row another layer owns has nothing to switch. Built-in packs, packs that
are off, and profiles that apply patches at their next start keep the
read-only chips. Only the row with a write in flight goes inert.

Yichen Jiang d7d7b301d5 feat(web): move a preset's capabilities and settings onto its detail page
Agent presets: every card that composes carries a gear that opens the
preset's detail page (breadcrumb, name, marks, description) and declares a
`settings.agentPreset.detail` slot for the sections other plugins contribute.

Plugin manager: the session-plugins group leaves the tab for the detail
page's Capabilities section, with a red Delete on rows the person added and
an Add menu over the installed modules the preset lacks; the manage tab now
precedes the configuration tab.

Plugin configuration: the scope switch is gone. The tab edits the values
shared by all presets, and the same cards form the detail page's Settings
section, registered under a second keyed slot
(`settings.agentPreset.plugin.item`) and editing the preset's own scope while
the page is open. The roster dependency the switch needed leaves with it.

Web e2e goldens, both READMEs of each package, the Agent Note, the slot
catalog, and the inspect catalog follow.

Yichen Jiang a53fb1497d feat(web): trim the plugin manager cards to name, one-liner, and switch
Every installed package, built-in packs included, is one card in one list:
a name, a one-liner, and its switch or Add to… menu, tagged only for a
pending restart, a problem, or being built-in; kind tags, running and off
tags, the two helper sentences, and the Installed subtitle are gone, and
the toolbar button reads Add. Uninstall and retry move into the expanded
card beside the version, the source, and a pack's components. The
session-plugin composition uses the same single-column cards, marks a
plugin the person installed as Local, and tags nothing else but a failed
row. Tags take the preset section's pill shape.

Yichen Jiang a7302ee69e feat(web): simplify the plugin manager and drop the plugin list tab
The Manage plugins tab now speaks two nouns (plugin pack, plugin) and four
states (running, off, restart needed, problem). Cards carry a display name,
a one-liner, one kind tag, and their uninstall beside the switch; built-in
packs fold behind one line; the selected preset's composition renders as a
grid of cards named through the tab's own dictionary for harness modules
and through the manifest for third-party ones; entry ids, module names,
cordis copies, and probe times leave the page. The install dialog keeps
pnpm's output behind a fold that opens on failure and words each outcome;
confirmations name what still uses the package and no longer require an
acknowledgement. The client passes a preset row's declared id, not the
live tree's prefixed entry id, to the row actions.

The read-only Plugin list tab and its package, ui-settings-plugin-inventory,
are removed; the pluginInventory Remote stays as the manager's source of
preset compositions and host-tree module names.

Yichen Jiang 1570eeeaee feat(web): manage plugins and per-preset settings from the browser
Add the Manage plugins tab (ui-settings-plugin-manager): package cards
with enable/disable switches, retry and uninstall, an install dialog
streaming pnpm output, and the selected preset's composition with per-row
switches and removal; the read-only list gains provenance facts.

Settings cards edit one scope at a time: ui-settings keeps one describe
mirror per settings scope (SettingsMirrorRegistry) and binds
{ namespace, scope }; ui-settings-plugins stages forms per scope, marks
inherited fields, and adds the skill-filesystem roots card.

Fixes surfaced by driving the browser end to end: the client gateway now
lets a call omit trailing parameters that accept undefined (PR3's
optional scope arguments failed the strict arity check), the plugins
install verb is `add` because the client namespace service reserves
`install`/`remove` (guarded by remote-method-names.host.spec), a plugin
module offers its main export as an addable `.`, and describing a settings
scope no owner registered resolves over the global instance's base and
never throws.

The web e2e scaffold can mount a profile runtime over fixture packages;
plugin-manager.e2e drives the tab and writes one field under a preset
scope; plugin-config and settings-chrome goldens are refreshed.
