Master replaced the creation and plugin recommendation bundles with one
personalized recommendations bundle.
- The CLI manifest keeps master's bundle and the forge bundle.
- The plugin page expectation ranks the forge bundle before the held-back
personalized recommendations bundle.

* feat(experimental): ship the two card experiments as one Personalized recommendations bundle
@deepseek-ai/dsh-personalized-recommendations inserts the action card
service, its browser half, Personalized pages and Plugin recommendations
with their card bodies under the existing row ids. As the only layer that
declares those ids, the Plugins page addresses and switches each row,
including the two shared card rows that were read-only while two bundles
inserted them.
The two experiment packages stop being bundles; the new bundle takes their
place in the official lists and the dsh installation, with the personalized
pages icon, localized title and description, and a feature preview of both
cards. The two feature rows describe what they do on the bundle page.
* fix(experimental): drop the model reason line from plugin recommendation cards
The reason follows the language of the user's question while the catalog
description below it follows the interface language, so the two lines could
differ in language and largely repeat each other; the answer already gives
the reason. The card keeps the catalog title and description, both in the
interface language, as its details target.
* test(web): refresh the card fixtures for the Personalized recommendations bundle
Both card replays enable the new bundle, so each Session lists both card
skills, and each skill's catalog lists Personalized recommendations in place
of the two former bundles. The plugin card goldens lose the reason line.

into @deepseek-ai/dsh-official-bundles; the forge bundle joins the
optional and experimental lists there.
- The CLI manifest, release families, and plugin page expectations keep
both sides; the forge bundle ranks before the held-back recommendation
bundles.
- The lockfile, the event matrix, and the experimental persistence
catalog are regenerated, and the capability-seams and experimental
README pairings are recorded again.
The two packages keep their directories under packages/experimental and are
registered as experimental name exceptions:

exports of the forge packages, and the Web app's forge bundle and
message quotes dependencies.
- The type manifest drops the removed agent-controller entries and keeps
the forge panel entries.

- The forge bundle stays on the main plugin list and now ranks before the
held-back developer tools; the plugin page expectations follow.
Replaces list_official_plugins, suggest_plugin and the routing prompt
section with the official-plugins skill, whose load appends the live
catalog, and an enable_official_plugin block at the end of the answer.
The card reads catalog text from the Host, Enable goes through the plugin
manager, and each outcome reaches the model as a status notice on the
next request. Adds the queuedMessageLimit option, en/zh/ja card copy and
a re-recorded persistence change and Web replay.
Both personalized page packages ship locale/ja.json beside en and zh, and
the browser package exposes its locale files like its siblings. The plugin
manager e2e expects the More list in the order the page declares. Refresh
the Web replay golden after the master merge.
Master's tooltips react to pointer events. Locator hover scrolls its
target into view, and scrolling this list moves the header controls
from under the pointer, so the narrow-width tooltip checks now point
at each control once the resized header settles. After Tab moves focus
to the icon-only Add plugin button, the touch case expects that
button's focus tooltip to stay and checks that the hovered ones leave.
The Plugins page now shows the Experimental badge only for the official
bundles it lists, so the forge bundle joins that list and the More list
expectations.
Ten experimental bundles get a user-facing detail document in English and Chinese. Each starts with one 640x300 SVG feature illustration drawn to the plugin preview standard, then covers how to use the plugin and what to know before turning it on.
At narrow widths the non-shrinking toolbar grew to the update note's
width and pushed the add menu past the window edge; the toolbar now caps
at the head's width and the note wraps. The collapsed bar keeps the page
heading for assistive technology, the bar and body share the same inset
margins, and every head row reads one top-inset variable.
Collapsing the page bar grows the list's scroll container. A list that
scrolled only a few pixels then fit, the browser clamped it back to the
top, and the bar reopened, so every scroll flipped the layout. The bar
now reopens at the top only while the list still scrolls, and an upward
wheel reopens it over a list that fits only under the collapsed bar.

Plugins bundle pages and Discover entry pages show the plugin's long
description first, as Markdown with images, in a height-limited region
without its own heading. The document is the file locale meta.detail
names, otherwise the package README, otherwise (market entries only)
the declared repository's README.
The new dsh-plugin-detail library selects documents and reads local
package directories and npm file CDNs without state. plugin-manager
reads installed and offered bundles through readBundleDetail; plugin-market
reads market entries through readEntryDetail, single-file APIs, and a
size-limited partial clone cache serialized across processes. Raw HTML is
omitted, relative links stay text, and relative images load from Host
routes with a sandbox CSP.
A sticky bar let reverse keyboard navigation focus controls hidden under
it. The page bar and the More list's head now sit above a separate scroll
container, so focus and scrollIntoView always land in view. The tests read
the bar and body through data hooks, and the README pair documents the
pinned bar.
