`disableBundle` now moves a package from `dsh.profile.bundles` to
`dsh.profile.disabledBundles`, and `reconcileInstalledBundles` enables only
a bundle named in neither list, so an unrelated pnpm run never re-enables a
bundle the user turned off while an update that gives a dependency
`dsh.bundle` still activates it (the built-bin e2e scenario the previous
"new dependencies only" rule broke). The record goes when its dependency
does.
Also: `visitIdentifiedRows` in patch-rows owns the per-patch restatement
tracking that compose-stack and external-bundles had cloned (duplication
gate), and the probe spec's flood fixture retries short and EAGAIN writes
because the child's stderr pipe is non-blocking once tsx touched
process.stderr (the test raced the parent's drain).
The runtime's user-disabled row ids now come from the committed composition —
composeProfileStack collects them from the user layers it composed — so a
rejected or half-written patch file no longer makes the list disagree with the
running tree or fail to parse. The inventory attributes a row disabled through
a group the user disabled to the user, through the shared userDisablesEntry
walk, and lists a user-layer row the composition left out under the new user
trust instead of builtin.
The installer now decides pnpm's colouring per consumer: the Web host keeps
colours on for the install dialog's terminal, the CLI turns them on only when
stdout is a terminal, and a plain log strips what a colour=always pnpm still
prints. Every chunk carries the argv it came from, so a renderer can label
each pnpm run.
Add the first-party open-in-app host and client packages with a localized Open In menu in the Web Session header.
Resolve installed applications on macOS, Windows, and Linux, launch workspace directories through platform-specific adapters, and remember the selected application.
Closes#1500.

What plugin management does now lives in `dsh-plugin-manager`, a boot-group
package beside `app-boot`: `PluginInstaller` runs pnpm, probes, and judges new
packages over the profile on disk, and `PluginManager` adds every operation
over the booted tree, each refusal a `PluginOperationError` with a `plugins/*`
code and no Remote protocol attached. The manager reads the profile runtime,
the preset roster, and the running-agent count through per-call readers, and
the roster only as `PresetLayers`, so the package depends on neither the
roster nor the agent registry.
`dsh-host-plugin-manager` keeps `pluginManager` and the `plugins` Remote as a
relay: one Remote method per manager method, and one exhaustive switch
turning a failure into the Remote error of the same code (`plugins/bad-request`
into `gateway/bad-request`). Its `./types` re-exports the manager's types, so
`api-remotes` and the client import one vocabulary unchanged.
`dsh plugin add` and `remove` now run the installer instead of a bare pnpm
forwarder: every new package is probed, a package that declares neither a
bundle nor a plugin module is removed again with its reason, and newly
installed bundles are enabled as before. Other pnpm verbs still forward.
`dsh-global-tool-mask` wrapped `tools.restrict()` as a composition row so a
preset's user patch layer could hide a host tool. No shipped preset, the
plugin manager, and the settings UI compose such a row, so the package had a
README, a test, and no consumer. It goes, with its `apps/cli` dependency,
its `tsconfig.host.json` reference, the README example that named it, and the
generated catalogs. `tools.restrict()` stays: subagent tool filters call it.
Hiding a host tool from one preset is a per-preset setting for the
scope-resolved settings of the next layer, not a hand-written row; the Agent
Note records the removal under alternatives considered.
`ProfileRuntime.recompose({ reloadBundles: true })` replaced its profile
before the Loader had accepted the update, so a rejected recomposition left
`current`, `layers`, and `originOf` describing a stack that never mounted.
The user patch watchers took a second path through the launcher's
`composeLive`, which wrote the new conflicts into the failure registry
before the update and kept composing from the runtime's stale profile.
Conflict records shared the registry with row failures under a fabricated
entry id and a group id that meant three different things, so the plugin
inventory attributed a conflict to the layer that won the id, and a bundle
disabled after failing kept its import and apply records forever.
The runtime now holds one committed composition — profile, stack ownership,
conflicts — and publishes a candidate only after `entry.update` resolves;
`originOf` reads the committed owners instead of recomputing them. The
watchers call `recompose` through a `reapply` callback, so every live change
goes through the one entry point. Conflicts live on the runtime with their
messages and never enter `pluginFailures`, whose records name rows that
reached the Loader; the inventory lists them under the layer that lost. A
contained group clears its rows' records when it unmounts.
Run the dsh-archive-agent-notes audit over every active Agent Note on
current master, judging each record by whether its rationale still guides
work rather than by size or age.
- Archive 453 implemented bilingual triplets (417,882 English words):
completed UI chrome, narrow adapters, closed bug fixes, implementation
walkthroughs whose package READMEs, docs pages, generators, or successor
notes now carry the useful behavior, and 51 records fully superseded by
a later active note. Keep 201 implemented notes whose ownership rules,
negative guarantees, durable or wire semantics, security rules,
reintroduction conditions, or still-tempting rejected alternatives
remain useful.
- Reject 7 proposals whose premise is gone or whose work shipped in
amended form under other records; delete 2 rejected notes that no
longer prevent a plausible mistake.
- Retarget every remaining inbound link to the archived path, and repair
active prose that named an archived record as the owner of a live fact:
parenthetical citations drop, ownership sentences redirect to the
README, docs page, or active note that states the fact, and history
citations say so. Chinese files link the English archived path because
the pairing gate treats the frozen tree as outside the bilingual corpus.
- Seal 1,359 new frozen artifacts; existing seals are unchanged and
outbound links from archived notes are neither inspected nor repaired.
- Regenerate docs/config-catalog.md after the hook-bridge comment edits
shifted two source line numbers.
