Add the remaining material risks to the experimental plugin descriptions,
serialize only English descriptions in the official-plugin catalogs so the
skill results stay below their previous size, and read description test
literals from the locale resources.
Merge master and close menus anchored in hidden sidebars. Restore focus on responsive transitions and provide tree keyboard navigation with visible row actions.
pinHostClock replaces Date.now in the Vitest worker, where Playwright's
server also runs. page.clock.setFixedTime therefore recorded the fixture
day, and after a navigation the page clock replayed the gap to the real
day. The resulting negative timer delay was truncated to a 32-bit integer
and, from 2026-10-15T13:45:20Z, became a delay of weeks that stopped every
page timer, failing the steering and seeded-history suites.
pinBrowserClock now replaces only the page's Date so it reads the fixture
day while native timers and animation frames keep their real schedule; a
regression test navigates twice with both clocks pinned.
Review found the same Host profile write plus inventory reload chain still
uncovered in worktree-opt-in.e2e.ts, and still written as 10_000 literals in
plugin-manager.e2e.ts. Both now use PLUGIN_TOGGLE_SETTLE_MS, the README keeps
only the convention, and the constant's JSDoc names the store's load() as the
reader that republishes the switch.
A plugin-card switch republishes `aria-checked` only after the Host writes
the profile and the panel re-reads its inventory. That chain measured
0.5-0.8 s on an idle host and 2.0-4.8 s across 32 samples in a 16-worker
lane, so Vitest's 1-second `expect.poll` default truncated it and failed
the switch assertions of the CoT translation scenarios in CI.
Every poll that follows a plugin-card switch click now passes the shared
PLUGIN_TOGGLE_SETTLE_MS budget; assertions, retries, and product code are
unchanged.
The browser lane pins the browser to Asia/Shanghai, and formatMessageClock
prefixes clock.md / clock.ymd to the clock once a message's local calendar
day differs from the renderer's. Four scenarios left both clocks on the
wall clock while their message times are stamped during the run — a live
composer send by the Host, a `createdAt: 0` seed anchored from Date.now()
— so the job that began six minutes before local midnight rendered
`9/25 23:58` where their goldens record `{{clock}}` (run 36157253018, job
108144715986: steering, markdown-images, message-actions, and
reference-composer failed together, then passed in the next run).
Read WEB_FIXTURE_TIME on both clocks instead. Live-stamped steering suites
install pinHostClock(), a Date.now spy that advances from the anchor with
real elapsed time; pinBrowserClock() re-applies one frozen instant from the
anchor on an interval, because holding a single instant removes elapsed
time from the 150 ms process-title hold and the composer's 10 ms
composition guard, which then never elapse. Seeded scenarios anchor their
seed beside the pinned browser clock, which keeps the relative-age buckets
their goldens assert.
The steering mid capture waits for the settled question title its golden
records, and the whole-queue scenario waits for the running turn before its
queue gestures, whose decision resolves against an agent that reports busy.
Goldens, the Asia/Shanghai browser timezone, and product rendering are
unchanged.
Review follow-up on the tooltip layering fix. The helper probes
`bubble.contains(hit)` instead of identity, so a bubble that grows child
elements still passes, and each probe returns the hit element's tag and
class, so a regression reports what covered the bubble instead of a bare
`expected false to be true` — the pre-fix run now names `DIV.u82K-q_input`
for both probes.
The `portal` JSDoc says the ancestor stacking context confines the
bubble's z-index to that context rather than resolving it against
siblings.
The goal strip and the queue dock ride directly above the input card, and
both create a stacking context (`isolation: isolate`) so their frosted
panel stays behind their own content. A tooltip bubble left inside that
context resolves its z-index there, where the card — painted later in the
same context — wins: the goal strip's bubble showed a two-pixel sliver
and the queue dock's stayed entirely hidden.
Portal those dock tooltips to the body, where the bubble's z-index
resolves above the whole card. The ui-primitives `portal` contract now
names the capping stacking context beside clipped containers, because
neither container clips its bubble.
The queue-actions aria goldens lose the tooltip line: the captured center
column no longer contains the portaled bubble. The scenario still covers
it by role and adds a hit test at the bubble's center and bottom edge, as
does goal-bar.
reconcileProfilePatches finds the root Include only through the registry
the module that mounted it keeps, as it did before the Web page: a tree
mounted by another copy of app-boot was a test-harness situation, not a
product one. The web e2e scaffold now mounts and resolves the profile
through the built app-boot, loaded with Node's own require so it shares
the module map with the Host plugins the profile loads, instead of the
source copy a bare import resolves to.
Master archived three Agent Notes this branch had fact-updated (archived
copies restored to their frozen master content; the pills note now links
the archived path), extended the steer-all placeholder to continuable
children (spec and subagent e2e take master's behavior with this branch's
reworded copy), and dropped the session-sharing sentence from feedback
acks (goldens re-refreshed with the new placeholder).
The A/B winner over the single-line StatsLine: a gauge pill (counts + TPS,
opening the session-stats dialog) and a database pill (billed total +
cache-hit share, opening the exact token-usage dialog), sharing a new
stat-dialog module. StatsLine and its dead locale keys are deleted, the
gauge icon is optically centered, and the composer keeps its 4px clearance
through the data-composer-stats contract. Agent Note added; stale
StatsLine references across implemented notes updated in place.
The default and hero placeholders drop the ellipsis and name the / commands
and @ references as comma-separated actions; goldens and e2e assertions
refresh with the copy.

Session candidates labelled from projection checkpoints instead of a full
log fold per keystroke, with the uncheckpointed remainder folded once and
memoized while its log stays cold. The file index keeps answering while an
invalidated traversal rebuilds behind the caret, and its default exclusions
now cover build outputs so deep sources stay reachable.
Rows carry only what distinguishes them: a file names its parent directory,
a session names its workspace only when that workspace is not the current
one, and a drilled listing names none because its new breadcrumb does.

Candidate rows lead with domain icons instead of localized text
prefixes; pointer and keyboard share one reducer-owned highlight (last
input wins); drillable folder rows reveal a localized Browse-folder +
Tab keycap hint with the library chevron; pending sources render
skeleton bars; the menu spans the composer card. The editable @dir/
text decorates color-only — the domain icon now belongs exclusively to
the settled reference chip. Composer placeholders advertise / and @,
and the zh copy for commands is unified to 指令.
Review follow-ups: wait on the caller's own locator instead of assuming
it is the page's first composer, describe the actual read-only window
(submit adjudication and locked states — a running turn stays editable
for queueing), drop the pre-Lexical narration from the JSDoc, and record
the gesture-semantics trap as an Agent Note.
A running turn disables the composer by flipping contenteditable to
false on the same element. fill() throws there immediately — a disabled
textarea used to hold it back through actionability — and isEnabled()
reports true for a div regardless, so the permission-policy scenario's
post-settle wait never waited and its next gesture raced the re-enable
render. The window is a few frames wide; #3083's Remote-routed subagent
control stretches settle enough to hit it on CI.
writeComposerDraft now waits for contenteditable="true" before acting,
and the permission-policy scenario drives all four sends through it with
the settle wait pinned to the attribute.
CI hit the same dropped-fill race in lifecycle-chrome's slash-menu
sequence that the folder scenario hit: fill()'s single-task select-all +
edit lands on a Lexical selection that has not absorbed the DOM
selection after a trigger-menu interaction, so the previous draft
survives and poisons the next test. Promote the per-key gesture to
support.ts and use it at both proven-fragile sites.
The client-bundle preset pins the production/development exports condition
(lexical's node-condition file selects its flavor with a top-level await a
CJS bundle cannot carry); the composer carries an explicit aria-label (a
div's data-placeholder does not name it the way a textarea placeholder
did); READMEs, the composer.bar slot doc, and the Agent Note record the
editor architecture; web e2e drives the contenteditable surface.
Chinese is no longer the product default since FALLBACK_LOCALE moved to en
in this branch. connectFreshWorkspaceZh and the access-confirmation scenario
both reach the Chinese surface by advertising ZH_BROWSER_LOCALE, not by
inheriting a default, so their comments must say so.
The Gateway and the carrier each compiled both halves under one tsconfig, so
the Host aggregate built their browser faces — including the face that owns
`ctx.remote`, the most likely future consumer of a generated `/remote`
contribution. Both packages now expose a host and a client face, and each
aggregate references only its own; three modules the halves share appear in
both file lists, as api/remotes already does.
The two apps/web specs in the Host aggregate restate the conversation engine's
Context key format instead of importing the Client runtime for it. A drift
makes the key miss its rendered node, so the assertion fails loudly.
The Host aggregate now reaches one Client project, the carrier's host face,
which the Gateway's own dispatch face needs; no generated contribution is
reachable from it.
