Turtle 3b0ad0aad4 fix(client): reload overwritten local Markdown images in new renders 
Browsers reuse a same-URL image within one document despite no-store,
so a newly rendered reply showing an overwritten file kept the earlier
bytes. Tag each mounted rewritten local image URL with a per-mount load
number.
