On Windows 11 ARM64 build 26200 Explorer splits its own command line at
commas and equals signs and rejects percent-encoded non-ASCII in a file
URI, falling back to the Documents folder in both cases without reporting
it. `explorerTarget()` now escapes `=` next to `,` and decodes Node's
non-ASCII escapes back to the literal characters the shell resolves, so
the two rules stay in one place. The Agent Note and the target-encoding
table record the measured behavior.
The recorded exit code 0 after about 30 seconds was not reproduced: an SSH
session 0 on Windows 11 ARM64 build 26200 measured exit code 1 after about a
second with no association invoked, the same exit code a delegated open
returns. The README, both Agent Note languages, and the `explorerTarget` JSDoc
now record that measurement, and the `Invoke-Item` contrast keeps its
qualitative part without the timing.
The settings sheet's Open configuration file action opened nothing on Windows when the user's default lived only in the Explorer per-user record (FileExts\\<ext>\\UserChoiceLatest), which Explorer honors and the association resolver inside the host process does not. Invoke-Item also exits 0 when it finds no application, so the Remote answered { opened: true } and the sheet rendered no error.
Windows opens now hand the path to explorer.exe as one argv element - the resolution a double-click performs - and revealNativePath shares that invocation rule. The shared helper accepts Explorer's delegate exit 1 for an open and a reveal alike; every other failure and every cancellation still rejects. The PowerShell command string and powershellLiteral are gone: the path crosses the process boundary as argv, with no escaping step.
Fixes#4428
Machine-produced by `pnpm run rescope-vendor --apply` plus the regeneration it
prints: `pnpm install` for the lockfile, `pnpm run gen-third-party-notices`,
`verify-translation-pairing --write` for the touched bilingual pairs,
`gen-doc-graphs`, and one typert snapshot whose ids embed character offsets.
`pnpm run rescope-vendor --check` verifies the result.
Renames nine vendored packages (cordis, cosmokit, schemastery and the six
@cordisjs plugins) and every reference that resolves them: manifest names and
dependency keys, module specifiers including declare-module merges, cordis.yml
plugin names, tsconfig paths, every Markdown fence, and `docs/` prose.
Directory names, upstream versions, and dependency ranges are unchanged, so
vendor/README.md still reads as an upstream snapshot; its manifest table gains
an upstream-name column so THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES keeps MIT attribution pointed
at each fork's origin.
The tutorial tier follows the rename end to end: its yaml fences named plugins
the Loader can no longer resolve, its `ts ignore-check` fences disagreed with
the compiled fences beside them, and its prose quoted both. The contracts that
told readers to keep upstream names — the root convention and the vendoring
cookbook's tree comment and manifest invariant — now say to rescope instead.
Two rules read `@deepseek-ai/` as "another workspace plugin": the client bundle
purity gate now names the vendored libraries a browser bundle inlines, and the
files where a bare `cordis` is an agent-preset id keep that product data.
master's toolcall-open extracted runNativeCommand inside apiproxy for the
openPath opener while the picker seam had moved the native chooser (its other
consumer) into directory-picker-native; after the merge the two packages each
carried a verbatim copy. The runner now lives in packages/util/native-command
(zero-dependency library, per the util-group contract) and both native
integrations depend on it.
