* feat(preset): declare Agent compositions in profile YAML
* fix(preset): share scope binding cleanup and refresh module graph
* fix(preset): use host syntax colors in the YAML editor
* fix(preset): write new profile declarations as block YAML
* fix(preset): align eager activation with browser and worker surfaces
* fix(ui-agent-preset): retain the existing preset card layout
* fix(preset): keep rows waiting for a Host service mounted and re-audit after settlement
A preset row whose Host provider was still activating at declaration time
was reported as waiting for a missing service, and the registry recorded the
definition as broken for the rest of the process. Split the mount audit into
failed and pending rows: failures and root-realm leaks still reject the
mount, while pending rows stay mounted and every read and binding re-audits
them after the Host Loader tree settles.
Remove the accidental self-dependency of @deepseek-ai/dsh-web-app and its
lockfile self-link. Archive the copy-only preset authoring note, which the
declarative-preset note fully supersedes, and update the ralph note's
restore recipe to the profile-patch mechanism.
* chore(lint): re-key and prune the unknown-cast baseline after the master merge
* refactor(web-app): ship each Agent preset as its own bundle patch file
`dsh.bundle.patch` accepts an ordered file list, so the four shipped preset
declarations move out of the 1000-line web patch into
`presets/<id>.patch.yml`, one insert per file, applied after the host patch.
The host patch keeps the preset registry row. Gates and test scaffolds that
read the web layer resolve every patch file through `bundlePatchPaths`
instead of one hardcoded path.
* refactor(preset): drop the save notice injected into live Agents
The notice duplicated the save result the Web editor already shows, and
after the producer-owned message sources it would have needed its own
persisted source kind. Saving now only persists and reports the activation
diagnostic; the persistence catalog is unchanged from master.
* docs: regenerate the module graph after dropping the registry's llm dependency
* test(ui-agent-preset): cover the guide dialog's keyboard handling on the declarative section
* fix(preset): address the remaining review comments
Apply the lowercase id rule only when creating a declaration, so presets
declared with other ids stay editable. Export `isBuiltInPreset` from the
display fold and key the client card groups on it. Remove the dead `error`
and `retry` locale keys, the JSDoc orphaned by the `trust` removal, the
`trust` fields in the plugin-inventory test fixtures, and the stale
`dsh-agent-presets` package name in comments and READMEs.
* refactor(preset): make the Web preset page view-and-select only
Remove the child-plugin YAML editor, the `agent_preset` tool and the
registry's read/save Remote methods. Presets are declared and changed only by
bundle patches; the settings page keeps the roster, the new-task default and
the mode help, and its question icon explains that and offers to start a
Creator-mode task. The `editing-cordis-compositions` skill and the Creator
persona describe the bundle-based path, and the authored skill-load Session
and Web snapshots are refreshed for it.
* docs(skill): make the composition skill self-sufficient for preset authoring
State where the shipped declarations live, list every declaration field,
inline a complete minimal bundle and an override example, and name the
verification calls, so Creator mode no longer reads DSH package sources to
infer the format. Refresh the authored skill-load Session for the new text.
* test(tools): drop the removed agent_preset tool from the catalog expectation
Move `load_workspace_dependencies` and the primary-runtime payload logic out
of `apps/desktop-host` into `@deepseek-ai/dsh-tool-workspace-dependencies`
so profiles other than Desktop can mount the same tool. Desktop keeps its
behavior through the package.
Two additions for carriers that are not Electron applications:
- `root` is optional: without it the payload is validated and used in place
(no copy under the Harness home), which suits read-only container layers.
- `runtime.json` accepts `linux`, and the `node` / `pnpm` components are
optional; the returned paths and the tool output omit what the payload
does not ship.
The `sdk` profile mounts the tool and `@deepseek-ai/dsh-skill-office` when
`DSH_PRIMARY_RUNTIME` names a payload directory (its sibling `office-skills/`
carries the skill resources); both rows stay disabled otherwise. Both
packages join the Python runtime closure.
Move the IMAGE_OFFLOAD_REQUIRED recovery out of llm-retry into the new
@deepseek-ai/dsh-compaction-image-offload package, a sibling of the
tool-result pruner: image offload is compaction in another capacity
dimension. Each replaced node is priced through the seam's compaction/prune
shadow-price protocol before its marked copy lands. llm-retry returns to
master; the base bundle mounts the executor.
Node's built-in fetch ignores HTTP_PROXY, so every harness request connected
directly regardless of what the user exported. Resolve one policy from the
launch environment and install it as undici's global dispatcher, then wire the
four surfaces a global dispatcher cannot reach: web_fetch's pinned transport,
the OTLP exporter's node:http agent, the E2B SDK's own proxy option, and the
environment a child process or worker thread is given.
Each outbound call site carries an egress test that drives its real code path
through a fake proxy; that measurement is what found the OTLP and E2B gaps.
- python/sdk-runtime: add @deepseek-ai/dsh-util-time so the runtime
dependency closure stays closed (dsh-subagent now depends on it).
- api/gateway: drop the dsh.client.external request for
dsh-typert-protocol and admit the protocol package into INLINE_SAFE
instead. The loader module table has no supplier for the protocol
package, so the built client factory threw at require time; the
protocol layer is duplication-safe by design (string marker,
code-based discrimination), which is the inline-safe admission
criterion.
- api/gateway tests: cover the $host getter (live service read,
pre-ready home, and the construction-time fallback after the
Connection service is withdrawn).
Add node24-win-x64 as the only supported Windows runtime target and publish it as a py3-none-win_amd64 wheel containing the conventional dsh and ripgrep .exe payload names. Keep Windows ARM64 rejected explicitly so Python cannot claim a carrier that CI and release automation do not build.
Teach the pkg builder to require a native x64 Windows host, validate both node-pty ConPTY addons, copy @vscode's win32 ripgrep executable, and recognize pkg's .exe output. Extend runtime resolution, wheel staging, payload validation, and the preset closure check so the Windows-specific PowerShell plugins and sidecars fail loud when omitted.
The sidecar resolver now maps a packaged main.exe to main-rg.exe; focused TypeScript and Python tests cover that name, the win_amd64 manifest, x64-only host selection, complete wheel payload, ConPTY inventory, and platform-conditioned plugin closure.
Make the zero-code dsh-python-runtime-closure depend on the real @deepseek-ai/dsh application and every required profile peer, then package apps/cli's built bin instead of the deleted Python carrier. Rename executables to deepseek-harness-sdk-runtime-<platform>-<arch>, update wheel/platform/build workflow discovery, and install a Python dsh console command that requires explicit DSH_HOME before exec.
Include profile, bundle, preset, native addon, and shared-library assets needed by the full CLI. Remove the checked-in default cordis.yml and preserve the existing wheel distribution names, Python module names, sidecar validation, and wire identity. Runtime resolution and release tests pin the new artifacts and dev Node carrier.
Rename the relocated npm workspace to @deepseek-ai/dsh-sdk-python-runtime and the runnable example to python-sdk-agent, then update every owning English/Chinese document, test, and packaged-runtime reference. Remove the obsolete standalone bin while retaining the carrier entrypoints used to assemble the wheel runtime.
This is intentionally a naming and ownership change, not a Python SDK migration. The public deepseek_harness_sdk and deepseek_harness_runtime module, wheel, executable, environment, and wire behavior remain unchanged. Documentation records that this private carrier is the temporary sole non-dsh application exception and will move to profile launch later.
pi-ai's auth model reaches this adapter through three translations, all
of which live here: a CredentialStore over the harness credential
records, an AuthContext over the credential plane and the host
filesystem, and one authorization flow per installed provider that
ships a login. The seams they consume name nothing from pi-ai, so a
second adapter family can arrive with a different auth model and share
them.
Every collection is now built with the store and the context rather
than with nothing, which is what makes a signed-in provider stay signed
in across the collection rebuild a configuration change causes. With a
posture that works, the configurable-provider directory no longer
withholds OAuth-only routes and `openai-codex` is offered again; the
predicate that withheld it is gone.
The credential plane stays optional. Reads answer "nothing stored"
without a credentials service because such a composition genuinely
holds no credential, while writes refuse by name — a login whose grant
evaporated would report success and then fail every request. Flow
registration is scoped to the authorization seam, so a headless or ACP
composition mounts with no sign-in and everything else unchanged.
Two fixes found while wiring this up: pre-release credential fixtures
in the llm suites still used the flat document the record work
replaced, and a flow that ignores its cancellation signal would have
held its key for the life of the process — withdrawal now settles the
attempt either way.
Machine-produced by `pnpm run rescope-vendor --apply` plus the regeneration it
prints: `pnpm install` for the lockfile, `pnpm run gen-third-party-notices`,
`verify-translation-pairing --write` for the touched bilingual pairs,
`gen-doc-graphs`, and one typert snapshot whose ids embed character offsets.
`pnpm run rescope-vendor --check` verifies the result.
Renames nine vendored packages (cordis, cosmokit, schemastery and the six
@cordisjs plugins) and every reference that resolves them: manifest names and
dependency keys, module specifiers including declare-module merges, cordis.yml
plugin names, tsconfig paths, every Markdown fence, and `docs/` prose.
Directory names, upstream versions, and dependency ranges are unchanged, so
vendor/README.md still reads as an upstream snapshot; its manifest table gains
an upstream-name column so THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES keeps MIT attribution pointed
at each fork's origin.
The tutorial tier follows the rename end to end: its yaml fences named plugins
the Loader can no longer resolve, its `ts ignore-check` fences disagreed with
the compiled fences beside them, and its prose quoted both. The contracts that
told readers to keep upstream names — the root convention and the vendoring
cookbook's tree comment and manifest invariant — now say to rescope instead.
Two rules read `@deepseek-ai/` as "another workspace plugin": the client bundle
purity gate now names the vendored libraries a browser bundle inlines, and the
files where a bare `cordis` is an agent-preset id keep that product data.
