Subject: [PATCH] test(snapshots): drop exit_plan_mode from master's cua
 scenarios

cua-native and cua-ptc were recorded on master while exit_plan_mode stayed
registered outside plan mode. With conditional admission the tool is
declared only in committed plan mode, so the refreshed tool schemas and
PTC prompt omit it; no other content changed.
